- Shostakovich: Concerto for Violoncello No.1 in E-flat major, Op. 107
- Beethoven: Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67
Music Director Finalist Filippo Ciabatti is joined by cellist Tommy Mesa for Shostakovich’s virtuosic Concerto for Violincello No. 1 in E-flat major. Also on the program is Carlos Simons 2021 Fate Now Conquers. Rounding out the concert is Beethoven’s monumental Symphony No. 5. Concert Run Time: Approx. 85 minutes plus a 20-minute intermission.
